How to Use
- First, connect cords of mask and neck piece to controller. Connect power cord to controller and the otherend to a USB plug, and plug into wall outlet. This will start charging the controller. The display screen will show the battery charging.
- Remove protective film.
- Insert eye cushions.
- Install Velcro head strap so the soft side will be facing in towards your head.
- Install Velcro straps for the neck piece.
- Place the mask and neck piece on and secure the straps.
- Use the remote to control the lights.

• Setting Combinations: *Red *Blue * Yellow, and *NIR can be used with any color.
Energy Output
• Press On/Off button on remote.
Mode
• Use the M button to switch modes to the next/desired combination.
Example; press once to switch to Red, press again to switch to blue,

again for yellow.
- Choose Near Infrared by pressing the NIR button
- Set time by pressing the T+ or T- buttonto add or subtract time. 5-30 min. The deeperthe area to treat, the more time is required. See website for treatment chart.
- Choose Power Intensity by pressing E for energy output. 25%-100%

- Usage Frequency: Use device 1-2 times per day for optimal results. Duration of each session can be up to 3o minutes on one area before moving the device to the next treatment area. This versatile mask can be used on any part of the body.
- Care/Maintenance: Store unplugged. For cleaning we recommend a damp cloth to gently clean the light.
- Warning and Contraindications: *This device is water-resistant but not waterproof! *Do not submerge the light orits components in water. *Not intended for the use by children and pregnant woman. *Do not exceed 30 minutes on one treatment area. *Be sure to wear the protective eye goggles-don't stare directly at the light.
