Refund policy

We get it when what you buy isn’t right. You can return on any product purchased at London Beauty. This product must remain unopened, undamaged, and unused by you or any other third party. Additionally, it must remain in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

The customer must return the item within 14 days of the receipt of the package. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If we ship an incorrect or damaged product, we will cover shipping costs. Returns will credit back to the credit card used at the time of sale.
