306 S Main St, Ann Arbor, Michigan. We’re in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor, steps from local shops and the University of Michigan.

What are your business hours?

Monday–Wednesday: 10am–6pm
Thursday–Saturday: 10am–7pm
Sunday: 12pm–5pm

Do you offer free local pickup?

Yes! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to pick up your order in-store at no extra charge.

Spa Services & Appointments

What spa services do you offer?

Facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, brow and lash treatments, and waxing. Explore our service menu online or call for recommendations.

How do I book a spa appointment?

Book online via our website or call us at 734.761.9350. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but we recommend booking ahead, especially for weekends.

Are your estheticians licensed?

Absolutely! All estheticians are Michigan-licensed and receive advanced training in our curated brands.

Products & Brands

What brands do you carry?

We curate 20+ indie and luxury brands, including Westman Atelier, Omorovicza, Natura Bissé, Sweed, Trudon, Molton Brown, and more. All meet the London Beauty Standard for clean, cruelty-free excellence.

Are your products cruelty-free and clean?

Yes! Every brand is rigorously vetted for high quality ingredients and cruelty-free practices.

How will I know when a product is back in stock?

Products on our site are subject to availability – cause our stuff is cool – and may change at any time. We are fickle that way. We will do our best to notify you when the products you crave come back in stock

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes! Earn points with every purchase—ask in-store or check our website for details on “Royal Rewards.”

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes what you buy isn’t quite right. You may return any product purchased at London Beauty as long as it remains unopened, undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with a receipt.Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your package. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged product—in that case, we’ll cover the shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is flat rate $8.00. Free shipping on orders over $75. Local pickup is always free. Express shipping is $25.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Cosmetics are so pretty, and we think the boxes are too. But we don’t offer specific gift-wrapping right now. If you would like to wrap a gift in a special way, email us atinfo@londonbeautyonline.com. We will try to accommodate it.

Does London Beauty offer international shipping?

At this time, London Beauty does not ship internationally.
