Draw a bath to your preferred temperature (we like it around 102º F)
Create your favorite bath vibe (we like candlelight, light music, and a good book)
Pour ¼ of a jar of Big Dipper into your tub and mix it around
Soak for 20+ minutes to give time for muscles to relax and clay to soak into skin
Rinse and wash post-bath and follow with Heat Wave Body Oil
